Abstract
A structure, criteria and indications of readiness levels of future teachers for organizing an intercultural dialogue in the educational process are given in the article. The author gives the data received during the experiment. A piece of information on the place and role of communications and communication networks in modern society, in the course of managing and in training a modern manager and teacher is given briefly. It is found out, that in every organization, besides official communication channels, there is also an unofficial way of passing information. Unofficial communication is an exchange of information (mostly through rumors) out of channels, expected by organizational structure. They may be realized spontaneously at a meeting of good acquaintances who have an access to different sources of information, and may be provoked deliberately in order to convince themselves in the authenticity of official information (to supplement it) or to determine a reaction of subordinates to some changes taking place or being planned in organization.Downloads
