Creative-acmeological essence of the teacher’s professional genesis in semantic coordinates of pedevtological analogems.

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the teacher’s acmeological professional genesis. The method of pedevtological analogems was developed and implemented for this purpose. It helped to differentiate the categorical creative-evolutionary nature of the teacher’s professional genesis stage character; the categorical and notional apparatus of the term “professional development” within the pedevtology thesaurus has been specified. The author offers the concept of “transfessionalization” as the acmeological state in its essence in which the teacher’s professionalization is transferred and manifested in the ability to transmit purposefully and meaningfully the occupation senses beyond its boundaries, produce transform-like conversions of ocuupation and the professional Me.
