Formation of professional competences in the educational institution.
Abstract
The article presents the theoretical grounds of forming the model of professional competence; it studies the best ways to analyze and assess motivation on the basis of competence and analyses the obstacles in the formation of competence at educational institutions. The authors dwell on the one of the key notions in the psychological theory of competence, that is the developmental environment which essence is to create conditions for the talent determination and development. The conclusion has been made that important types of competence are formed only in connection with the personality significant purposes where civic society plays a considerable role.Downloads
