Abstract
This article provides an overview of approaches to the classification of individual teacher styles on different grounds, since the formation of future teachers' own model of professional conduct in learning and teaching practice significantly improves their further training for independent educational activities. The features of the teaching style of teachers, particularly in the teaching style can distinguish several components (cognitive style; teacher approaches to teaching; solutions to teaching situations; pedagogical knowledge, abilities, skills and experience). The main features of individual style of pedagogical activity are: the choice of methods, forms and facilities of teaching and training; pedagogical communication style; temperament (individual rate of time and responsiveness to real educational situations, etc.); nature of the reactions to certain teaching situations; demeanor; choice of various types of rewards and punishments; application of psychological and educational effects on children and others.Individual style of teaching elementary school teacher can be considered as a core component of pedagogical skills (a system approach); as a not stereotypical dynamic manner (methods, tools, techniques, forms) of its educational activities aimed at self-improvement and personal development of junior pupils (personal, developmental and activity approach).
Diagnostics styles performed on the results of pedagogical observations and questionnaires for 100 university students and 64 elementaryschool teachers. The general trend change points practically coincides in the case of some models and interactive behaviors for students and teachers. The teaching style was determined by using the approach Ned Flanders. It is shown that most of the surveyed teachers have nondirective style of teaching (48 %).Results of the questionnaires suggest that redistribution is a mixed polar and individual styles of teaching. Polar style (emotional and improvisational, methodical and judicious) balanced in students and intermediate style of teaching is dominated by teachers.
