Definition of components of the future teacher training in the context of the competence teaching.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify the components of the system of training of students –future teachers in the context of pedagogical competence. The main objectives of the work are determined by an analysis of educational research literature, laws and regulations in determining the constituent elements of the competence approach. The content analysis method determined that pedagogical competence is a complex concept and system of a set of knowledge and skills necessary for effective professional educational activities. This activity includes the ability to analyze and predict the consequences; the active use of the information received; successful response to changes in educational plans and programs. It is stressed that training of future teachers should focus on students' mastering the key, interdisciplinary and subject competences, which are components of the system of vocational training of the teacher, reflecting variations of understanding, sensitivity and knowledge. It is noted that the competence and expertise are complex concepts that have a particular structure in the training system. The paper determines the direction of pedagogical activities in mastering the key, interdisciplinary and subject specific competences by the future teachers. It provides an opportunity to optimize the learning process in the context of the competence training.
