Abstract

The article deals with the basic laws, regularities, principles, forms and methods of fostering spiritual and moral values, and it provides a thorough analysis of forming spiritual and moral values of humanities students by means of literary art. Laws, principles, forms and methods of fostering spiritual and moral values of humanities students by means of literary art are discovered. Different methods of both domestic and foreign scientists who were involved in addressing the problems of different areas of education, including spiritual and moral ones, both in theoretical and in practical terms are presented. According to the author, for the construction of the new approach, which has great influence on the spiritual and moral values of the individual, it is necessary to identify the most influential forms and methods of fostering spiritual and moral values of humanities students by means of literary art. Further investigation is directed towards determination of the core values of various professions, disclosing their relationship with the problem of forming spiritual and moral values of specialists.
