The competence content of independent work in the instrumental-executive preparation of future teachers-musicians.

Abstract

The article highlights the content of independent work done by students of artistic and pedagogical areas of training in the context of key personal competencies formation. Attention is focused on the need to resolve the contradictions that arise in the process of correlating the specialized professional and general pedagogical patterns of the independent work organization. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources, the problems of activation of the independence vector, which exists in the practice of instrumental and performing preparation of the future music teacher, have been outlined. A distinction is made between the definitions of "independence" and "independent work". The essence of organizational-managerial, didactic-methodological and psychological-pedagogical content of students-musicians' independent work is revealed. It is noted that it is necessary to consider methods of independent work, not from the standpoint of reproduction and mechanical repetition of actions, but as a mechanism of object-conceptual and value-semantic subject activity. The conditions of organization and components of the competence content of independent work are determined, the prospects of further improving the organization of independent work of students-instrumentalists in the context of the individual's professional competencies formation are outlined.
