Psychologycal mechanizms of moral development as part of the readiness for professional educational work.
Abstract
The article reveals psychological mechanisms of spiritual and moral development in the structure of readiness for professional pedagogical activity. It is proved that the cognition of the essence and features of the psychological mechanisms of the individual’s spiritual and moral development is a complex and responsible practice for obtaining an important component for students of pedagogical universities. Also the author determines the features of motivational readiness for the spiritual and moral development of younger schoolchildren; automation of measurements of the scientific concept of the psychological structure of the individual. It is substantiated that the psychological mechanisms of the student’s personality development are an important structural component of the pedagogical competence, suggesting the development of his spirituality. The results of the research are questions of personality’s understanding the nature, determining the driving forces of its development and the relationship with the spiritual potential and understanding of individuality at the psychological level of its life activity.
