Criterial approach to preparing future teachers to organization of labour training for junior schoolchildren.

Abstract

The article substantiates the expediency of a criterial approach for training future teachers for organizing labour training for junior schoolchildren. To reveal the essence of the criterial approach, it is advisable to solve a number of tasks: to expand the conceptual apparatus, to discover the mechanism and to construct a criterial basis. Methods of criterion evaluation differ from traditional ones. In recent years, in pedagogy there is a process of rethinking the system of assessing academic achievements of students.To measure the real state of preparedness of the future teacher of primary school for the organization of labour training of junior schoolchildren and the dynamism of changes in experimental training, we developed the following components: motivational-volitional, cognitive, procedural-operational, control-evaluation, and effective. In the context of the study, the preparation of a future primary school teacher to organize labour training for schoolchildren can be understood as a process that ensures students master the methods of pedagogical diagnostics in higher education, and includes, in addition to professional training, also methodological training on labour training.
