Professional and pedagogical competences of teachers of higher medical educational institutions.
Abstract
The orientation of the new paradigm of education to the personality, to meet his/her educational needs requires the creation of conditions that will ensure that future professionals achieve competence in professional activities, the corresponding cultural level, the development of the need for self-improvement.
Formation of the pedagogical competence of future medical workers should be reflected in the activity aspects of their professional training and include: consecutive educational, quasi-professional, educational and professional activity of students; mastering of knowledge by students in simulated professional situations; the application of a balanced combination of individual and group learning forms; reflection of processes occurring in the medical sphere; integration of professional medical and psychological and pedagogical activities of students. Оur article shows that the professional context involves pedagogical tasks, forms and methods of vocational and pedagogical activities, situations of socio-psychological interaction, characteristic of specialists in the field of family medicine.
