Analysis of structural components of professional competence of the teacher of fine arts.

Abstract

The article deals with the detailed theoretical analysis of the professional competence of the teacher of fine arts of the last decades, emphasizing the need for supplement to its structural components, which is conditioned by the reforms of education in Ukraine and Europe. The trends in the development of education and the requirements for the professional qualities of the teacher and the competences that must be formed in the pupils are analyzed, based on the normative documents «The Concept of the New Ukrainian School», «Law on Education», Recommendation 2018/0008 (NLE) of the European Parliament and the Council (EU). The author substantiates the need for additional scientific research, which should be aimed at clarifying and supplementing the structural components of the professional competence of the teacher of fine arts and finding more effective methods for its formation. Such circumstances require radical changes in the training of the teachers of fine arts, which influences the educational process of Ukraine and education in the global sense.

A detailed analysis of the structural components of the professional competence of the teacher of fine arts has been carried out in recent years. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the author proposes the supplement of professional competence of the teacher of fine arts, taking into account the current scientific materials; distinguishes two blocks of competencies that make up the professional competence of the teacher of fine arts: general pedagogical (methodical, communicative, social, psychological and pedagogical, prognostic, reflexive, digital, managerial, design) and specially artistic (general cultural, polyartistic, cognitive, technological, artistic, aesthetic, creative, colorful), which should be formed during the preparation of teachers in higher education institutions.

The author notes that the prospect of further research, on the basis of the above-mentioned structural components, is the development of a model for the formation of the professional competence of the future fine arts teacher through the means of creative project activity.
