Critical evaluation of the effectiveness of designer training for future teachers of fine arts.

Abstract

The article proves the expediency of a criteria assessment of the effectiveness of designer training for future teachers of fine arts. It is revealed that today the system of vocational education of future teachers of fine arts was established, which foresees the formation of students’ designer competence. The level of formation of the design preparation of future teachers of fine arts on the criteria basis was revealed. The criterion is the basis on which the evaluation or classification is carried out. The designer training of the future teacher of fine arts consists of basic professional training; artistic training taking into account modern innovations; professionally directed psychological and pedagogical training. The following criteria of design competence of future teachers of fine arts are singled out: motivational-value, cognitive-technological, reflexive. The content and sequence of stages of designer training for future teachers of fine arts have been defined; their target guidelines should correspond to the essence and structure of design education in professional activities, and certain means, forms, methods of preparation should be based on the basic requirements for the professional education of future teachers of fine arts.
