Ways to Improve Professional and Applied Physical Training of Military Personnel
Abstract
In the article on the basis the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and advanced world experience the problematic field of improvement physical and functional training of personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is determined. It is necessary to make changes in the process of physical training of military personnel and conditions of professional activity that are constantly changing. The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the system of vocational and applied physical training and its implementation and application in modern sports, including powerlifting in the process of physical training of military personnel of the armed forces. The role and the place of physical training in the process of acquiring professional skills by military personnel is determined, the main tasks of this type of activity are defined. The results of theoretical analysis of modern system of military-applied physical training of personnel are presented. The possible ways of optimization and level of professional-applied physical training of military forces of the AFU are revealed. On the basis of the basic professional model of the specialist the program of professionally applied physical training of the future specialist is developed, which includes the means and methods of training, methods of assessment of physical, psychological and psychophysiological qualities of the person, parameters of professional reliability, physical health.The introduction of vocational physical training in practice creates the preconditions for reducing the time of professional adaptation, improving professional skills, achieving high professional performance. The scientific achievements are systematized to the efficiency of application of the means of powerlifting. In everyday life, physical training is not a special problem, but the absence of a proper level of physical readiness is of critical importance in the conditions of war operation.
