The paradigm of modern legal science and educational process at the New Ukrainian School

Abstract

The article proclaims that the rights and freedoms of the individual is the idea which has to unite the society and nation, and it is the value which requires the civilized forms of protection. The modern legal thought should help all interested persons to learn to live in the conditions of real recognition and respect of the human rights and freedoms. The implementation of such training with the help of the tutoring method, reflection, individual planning of training, practical-role-play forms of lessons forms the civilized basis of entering the profession under the conditions when the New Ukrainian School and informative society are being developed.
