Model of pedagogical culture formation of future teachers of musical art

Abstract

The article develops and substantiates a model, the purpose of which is to form the pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art and the means  of spiritual music in the process of professional training. Modeling of the process of pedagogical culture formation of future teachers of musical art by means of spiritual music was based on a systematic, culturological,  interdisciplinary, personality-oriented, competence - based approaches in compliance with the principles of cultural conformity, humanistic orientation, value-semantic, integration, theoretical and practical training based on intra-and inter- disciplinary connections, the development of creative interrelationship and interaction. The model was implemented in three interrelated stages (adaptive, procedural and operational-creative implementation) during the study of cultural disciplines of the  general training cycle, the main disciplines of the professional training cycle and the special course “Features of familiarization of students with sacred music”. The effectiveness of the model was determined by the level of the pedagogical culture formation of future teachers of musical art by means of sacred music (initial, resource, imitation, transformational) according to emotional-motivational, cognitive- axiological, moral-worldview, activity- creative criteria. It was found that important organizational and pedagogical conditions of realization of model of formation of pedagogical culture of future teachers of music art by means of spiritual music are: the establishment of a common positive motivation to the organization of the academic dialogue using spiritual music; the expansion of the substantive component of the formation of pedagogical culture of future teachers of music art with the help of materials of sacred music; use of interdisciplinary connections in the process of professional training of future teachers of musical art. It is proved that the model of pedagogical culture formation of future teachers of musical art by means of spiritual music is effective and integral.
