Health preserving technologies in the educational space

Abstract

The article reveals the conditions for optimizing health work in educational institutions, and identifies the main health preserving educational technologies, the content of which is the means of physical culture as the most accessible and optimal factors in forming and maintaining the health of children and youth. The system of measures is substantiated, which includes the interconnection and interaction of all factors of the educational environment, aimed at maintaining the health of a child at all stages of his/her learning and development. The principles of maintaining health in the modern educational space originate from the pedagogical heritage of prominent thinkers, scientists, educators from different countries and historical epochs. The need to improve modern education through the introduction of health preserving technologies in the practice of educational institutions, solving the problem of modernization of the modern educational process, its personal and activity aspect is based on the introduction of health preserving technologies, which are the main provisions of the new education paradigm. Emphasis is on the fact that knowledge, mastery and application of health preserving technologies is one of the most important components of a modern specialist professional competence in physical culture and rehabilitation. Working closely with health professionals, practical psychologists, social workers, all those who are interested in maintaining and restoring the health of the population, provides an opportunity to create a health preserving environment, the center of which is the health preserving activities of future physical education and physical rehabilitation professionals. Classifications of health preserving educational technologies, which are determined by the dominance of goals and tasks, as well as the leading means of health preserving pedagogical process in higher education, are considered. It is proved that the use of natural bioenergetic properties form a positive motivation for students to a healthy lifestyle.
