Innovation cluster for the university: on the study of electronic forms of exchange trade

Abstract

The most important active way of teaching students at the university is innovative technologies. A technique such as a cluster helps future professionals to consolidate and expand the boundaries of theoretical material and acquire professional skills. The authors of the article consider the essence of electronic trading systems, their structure, classification, as well as functions and values in the economy. We encourage higher education students to analyze the current development of innovative technologies in the stock market and the possibility of using electronic trading systems and together try to find answers to the question “How did e-trading affect the work of traditional stock market dealers on the NYSE and NASDAQ?" “How do electronic communications networks differ from traditional markets?” Researchers are finding out how the acquisition of certain knowledge and skills by students can affect the learning process in the HEI. Reviewing the organization of the educational process in leading universities in Europe and Eastern Europe, the authors find that the use of different areas of the program promotes better theoretical knowledge of students, supported by international internships, active mobility with partner universities. Equally important is the internship that takes place in firms (companies), where applicants have the opportunity to develop their own projects and conduct research using real stakeholder data for analysis. The employer implements the best projects in its practice. The authors also join the position of foreign colleagues to provide students with many opportunities for their research, study, such as scholarships, grants, soft loans and more. Researchers propose to consider the theoretical knowledge acquired by future professionals as an innovative pedagogical tool that can be used to create a rich environment for active learning, turning them into practical skills.
