The objective need to implement innovative management technologies in the activities of educational institutions

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of introducing innovative management technologies into the activities of modern educational institutions. The importance and relevance of innovativeness as a trend in the development of the sphere of education in the modern world is substantiated. The essence of modern innovative systems in education and innovative management of educational institutions is determined. The goal of innovative management by the management of educational institutions is stated and substantiated. The priority tasks of educational institutions and pedagogical teams conducting innovative activities were studied. It was determined that it is the result of the influence of management on the innovation process, which consists in ensuring the conditions necessary for successful creative activity in educational institutions. It has been investigated that innovative management as a type of activity is a set of decision management procedures, management technologies, and forms of organization of management of educational institutions. The factors of ensuring favorable organizationalpedagogical and psychological-pedagogical conditions are determined. It is substantiated that the innovative management of educational institutions is under the constant influence of various external and internal environmental factors. An analysis of the dynamics of preschool, general secondary and higher education institutions was carried out; the dynamics of the costs of scientific research and development by funding sources by type of work are given; the structure of costs for carrying out scientific research and development by sources of funding, by types of work, etc. was investigated. The conditions for the implementation of successful innovations in educational institutions of Ukraine are substantiated.
