Empathy as a pre-condition for building healthy relationships in the educational process

Abstract

The article discusses the important topic of empathy as a key factor for
maintaining healthy relationships in the context of the educational
process. Key theories and approaches to empathy, which are used in
pedagogical practice, are highlighted. The authors analyze different
aspects of empathy and characterize its different levels. The article
draws attention to the importance of empathy in the formation of positive
relationships between teachers and students. Based on the analysis of
the works of scientists, it is claimed that the formation of empathetic
culture of the future teacher is directly related to the development of his
competence. The article emphasizes the dependence of the quality of
education on the empathic culture of teachers.
