Philosophical comprehension of the gender approach in pedagogy.

Abstract

The problems of full value development of the Ukrainian youth in the direction of gender equality culture creating and alternative approaches to the formation of the education subject in a gender measurement are discussed. The analysis of the gender approaches allowed us to establish that the traditional pedagogy is characterized by the formation of the personality type in the process of education and upbringing which is desired for the existing system of social relations. At the same time the gender pedagogy implies the attitude to personality apart from the traditional sexual restrictions. The education system is one of the leading agents of gender socialization, which actualizes the gender approaches in the context of educational research and sets the modernizing vector of the educational system. In addition, the influence of hidden curriculum on personal gender culture formation is characterized.
