Crosscultural skillfulness of a modern teacher: methodological aspect.
Abstract
Crosscultural specifications of educational processes in the context of theoretical correlation of the human, ethno-national and regional in cultural contents and forms of ethno-education are analysed in the article. An interconnection of crossculture and education as a factor of the development of social and human potential of modern youth are revealed, philosophical and culturological principles of ethno-educational strategies realization as a complex interaction of knowledge structures and their usage in cognition and teaching practice are analysed. The necessity of extended investigating the mechanisms of pedagogical transmission of crosscultural knowledge in the educational and cultural scope, monitoring and the following theoretical and methodological analysis of students’ level of mastering scientific knowledge, received due to the realization of interdiscipline connections principles are proved.
