Innovative technologies for modernization of the educational environment of higher education.

Abstract

The article describes the actual tendencies of educational environment modernization in perspective of emerging ICT. The processes of development of the region educational environment and the university innovative development are characterized. The innovative models of distributed learning and research environment of the regional institution are offered. The problems of quality and accessibility of education and also problems of electronic learning resources quality increase by means of cloud-based services and outsourcing are highlighted. The trends of the educational personnel training to use innovative ICT in the pedagogical institution are revealed.
