Semantic differential as a method of scientific research for cloud-oriented learning environment at the secondary school (COLE).

Abstract

One of the important aspects of the implementation of ICT, in particular cloud-oriented, into the educational process is the need for scientific approaches and solutions to determine their effectiveness and appropriateness.

The article presents the analysis of the scientific and methodical literature, dissertation research; the experience of the use of methods to assess the effectiveness of new technologies has been summarized; semantic differential method to calculate the efficiency of the model designed of cloud-oriented learning environment at  the secondary school (COLE SS) has been described and defined; 12 bipolar scales to assess COLE efficiency have been designed; the method for summarizing the results of expert evaluation (Delphi method) has been specified; consistency methods of expert opinion as the coefficient of variation and the reliability of the data as a measure of homogeneity chi-square have been defined; the algorithm of data processing has been developed.
