Substantiation of general approach to optimization of continuous innovative engineering education system.

Abstract

To ensure the highest efficiency of continuous innovative engineering education system we use the approach, which envisages optimization of the system organizational structure, use of fundamentalized substance of knowledge and generation of local medium in the form of intentionally arranged innovative investment flow with variable parameters at various phases of innovative investment cycle.
