Conservation of mental health of student youth by the method of emotional and volitional self-regulation.
Abstract
In this work the authors examine psychological aspects of student youth’s mental health preserving. The problem of high level of stress during exams and periodical control of students’ knowledge has been highlighted. The attention is accentuated on such main factors as methods of emotional-willed regulation, ways of relaxation, positive attitudes and expectations. Such notions as “psychological health” and “psychologically healthy human» have been revealed.
