Abstract

Тhe formation of preschoolers’ ecological attitude to the world of birds.

The authors defined the essence of the concept of ecological competence and objectives of environmental education of children of preschool age. Theoretic-empirical basis for the formation of ecological competence of preschoolers to the world of birds have been revealed. There has been presented the educational experience that contributes to solving major challenges facing the education system at the present stage of its development, current problems of educational theory and practice. Teachers have developed a system of forms, methods and techniques of solving the tasks of environmental education in the formation of ecological competence of preschoolers. For convenience, the materials of experience are distributed across the six blocks, which are closely interrelated, consistent and integrated in their content.
