Foreign experience of implementation of electronic educational resources in teaching and educational process of primary school.

Abstract

The article highlights the experience of using electronic educational resources (EER) in primary education in foreign countries. The issues of implementation of EER in 27 EU countries, as well as Croatia, Iceland, Norway, Turkey, the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Russia were analyzed. As a result of their analysis, there were found common problems of implementing EER for primary school children and the benefits of using them in the learning process. It was found out that a support of high-quality, innovative teaching and learning methods with using EER in elementary school takes on special significance now due to the global process of information society and education.
