Abstract
The article deals with the content of professional competence development of support staff of higher education institutions in the context of formal, non-formal and informal education integration. The research shows that the selection of the content of professional competence development is based on aims and objectives of training, the structure of professional competence, peculiarities of the professional activity, the functions of support staff, the expert opinions, recommendations of support staff and the consulting experience. The author carried out structuring of the content of professional competence development for the general and functional components.Downloads
