Self-education of future higher school teachers as an andragogical problem.

Abstract

The article reveals the possibilities and conditions of applying the andragogical approach to the organization of responsible self-education of future higher school teachers. It has been defined that self-education of adults is of creative character and can be manifested in various forms. The authors have determined the essence of self-education of future higher school teachers on the andragogical basis which means availability of a future teacher's own initiative, absence of outer interference and independent cognitive activity covering the content, volume, sources, duration and time of lessons.
