UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities: analysis of legislative and regulatory framework.

Abstract

The publication provides an analysis of the concepts of "learning city" and "learning region" while showing their interdisciplinary nature and sociocultural conditionality. The author proves the necessity to analyze legislative and regulatory framework of the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities in order to develop a conceptual basis of regional educational policy in the Ukrainian realities.
