Moral education in pedagogy of J. F. Herbart.
Abstract
The article analyzes the main ideas of moral education of students in pedagogy of J. F. Herbart, the essence of concepts "education", "educational training", "moral upbringin", it discloses targets of education, highlights the moral ideas of education, explains the concept of morality, moral upbringin, moral education, moral character. The importance of German pedagogical experience in moral education of children for a theory and practice of moral education in Ukraine is underlined.
