The Christian concept of man as a methodological orientation in spiritual education of children and youth.
Abstract
The actuality of the methodological supply of authentic spiritual education and self-education of children and youth is analyzed. It is noted that spirit creates conditions for appearance of qualitatively new mechanisms of structural organization and functioning of psyche and personality, creates parameters of inner and outer worlds of man. The ideal of spiritually developed man is characterized. It is stated that the purpose of spiritual development of man is the entry into dispassion, mastering of authentic spiritual abilities to believe, to love, to create good and fight evil, to create freedom and responsibility. The psychological concept of man with regard to spiritual component is characterized, reasons of his/her spiritual self-development are distinguished. The role of mind and will of personality in spiritual self-development is presented. Perspectives of investigation of the problem under analysis aimed at investigation of specific ontology and phenomenology of spiritual abilities, properties and states are singled out.
