Theoretical and legal approach to the solution of the language issue in Ukraine.

Abstract

The paper focuses on the contradictory and
theoretical-legal inconsistency of linguistic
legal relations in modern Ukrainian society,
which does not ensure the completeness of
sovereignty of the state, the sovereignty of
the nation, and the sovereignty of the
people. On the basis of theoretical and
practical analysis of separate articles of the
Constitution of Ukraine, certain positions of
the judges of the Constitutional Court of
Ukraine attention is drawn to the national
problems of the use of the Ukrainian
language in official communication and in
other spheres of social life throughout the
territory of Ukraine.
