Educational ideas of Ukrainian Cossacks.

Abstract

The article deals with pedagogical conditions and
factors that determine the development of
vocational and pedagogical culture of various
categories of specialists in physical education and
sports. The conditions, which allow presenting the
real structure of professional-pedagogical culture
of a specialist, the main content of which is
reflected in ideological, organizational and
communicative substructures, are determined.
The results of factor analysis showed that in the
structure of the professional efficiency of
specialists the leading place is occupied by the
factors that determine the development of
communication abilities and professional
interaction on the basis of the ownership of the
methods of socially-oriented influence on
processes and objects of vocational and
pedagogical activity. Activity can be expressed
using the formula – “human action plus reflection
of these actions”. Reflection is an analysis of the
activities carried out, aimed at identifying the
causes of difficulties and correction of the way of
activity.
