Abstract

In the article, the object of research is the process of optimization of
conducting and choral training of a music teacher in the conditions of
integration of formal and informal education.
The subject of the study is the uniqueness of the professional training
of a music teacher in the context of the integration of formal and
informal education.
The article analyzes the theoretical-methodical and acmeological
bases of optimization of conducting and choral training of a music
teacher in the conditions of integration of formal and informal
education; the methodological substantiation of the concept of
optimization of conducting and choral training of a music teacher in the
conditions of integration of formal and informal education is considered.
The purpose of the work is to investigate and substantiate the methods
of optimization of conducting and choral training of a music teacher in
the conditions of integration of formal and informal education.
The article uses the following research methods: theoretical methods –
analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction and
idealization, generalization, analogy and modeling, the method of
ascent from the abstract to the concrete; empirical methods:
observation, study of documentation and products of educational
activity, generalization of independent characteristics, study and
generalization of advanced pedagogical experience.
The practical significance lies in the scientific and methodological
provision of the process of professional development and selfrealization
of future music teachers in secondary education institutions.
