Social-psychological training as one of the means of forming psychological resistance of the personality
Abstract
Socio-psychological training is becoming more and more relevant in the modern world, where
the individual faces various challenges and stressors. This work is devoted to the
consideration of the role of social-psychological trainings in the formation of psychological
stability of the individual. It examines the methods, techniques and strategies used in such
trainings to increase the level of psychological resilience of the participants. The study is
based on the analysis of scientific sources and practical experience of social and
psychological training. The results make it possible to understand the importance of this
method in the development of personality and ensuring its psychological stability in the
modern socio-cultural environment.
The study also analyzes the impact of social-psychological training on various aspects of
psychological resilience, such as emotional resilience, self-support, ability to adapt to
changes, development of positive thinking and self-regulation. The general analysis of the
conducted research allows us to draw a conclusion about the significance of socialpsychological training as an innovative and effective tool for the formation of psychological
stability of the individual in the conditions of modern society, as well as to identify the
prospects for further research in this area. The work discusses the ethical aspects of
conducting social and psychological trainings, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality of
participants, avoiding potentially harmful effects, as well as taking into account the individual
characteristics of program participants. The work calls for more attention to this topic in
scientific research, practical programs and educational initiatives in order to improve the
quality of life and psychological well-being of modern society.
