Dialogic culture of future teachers : an attempt of philosophical enhancement

Abstract

The research has justified the importance of dialogue strategies’ development in education, in particular in the context of pedagogic culture development. In the article we continue the tradition to give philosophical grounding for the necessity of education and culture dialogization, the full-fledged cultural growth of the personality, the essence of which is reflected and completed by dialogic components. The potential and opportunities of philosophy are explicated as a methodological, theoretic and practical support: the philosophic comprehension of authentic and consensus approach to communication, the world subject study, subject-subject relationship in professional training which grow into subject-subject-object relationship; philosophy is able to help a personality unite internal and external culture, overcome sense contradictions of the humanities and activity.
