The actuality of methodology problems and the study of the category of justice

Abstract

Rejecting an objective assessment of the "picture of the world" and the «world of human life», but not having developed a single methodology for analyzing the text, postmodernism proposes a unified methodology for the scientific analysis of a philosophical text. Meanwhile scientific trends and schools put forward their own methodologies. However, in order to fulfil the critical task of comprehending the meaning of a work and evaluating its value, a scientist certainly needs methods of the analysis, which cannot be imagined today outside the system approach to the methodology of philosophical text studying. The latter is convincingly represented in the analysis of the category of justice in the feminist philosophers’ scientific texts. Justice as the most important philosophical category derives its material from the postmodern theory contradictions, using them to characterize meaningful questions in the "agenda" of the current moment. And here is the systematic nature of methodological approaches that acquire a priority, linking philosophical concepts and their interpretations in time and space. In this regard, our attention is given to the analysis of both the postmodernism methodologies and classical philosophy.

The basic position dealing with conceptual character about nature and a sense of justice category are represented in the world of life and in a picture of world. In postmodernism hermeneutics has a special meaning for this research in general its renouncement of “true” interpretation, its assertion that none of meanings can be valued beyond context of culture, traditions and language.

The truth itself is understood contextually, locally-historically, that is notion about truth as an adequate method consequence is changed by its understanding as a result of socially preset prospect. G. Gadamer, P. Riker consider interpreter’s own conscious as the only instrument of fictional text. In Hermeneutics truth and meaning refers to art actions from the side of personal understanding, which always interprets but not represents.

Justice as an important philosophic category draws its material in postmodern theory contradictions, using them for characteristics of important questions in the agenda of passing moments. And here the very systematical character of methodological approaches acquires a preemptive meaning, tying philosophical concepts and their interpretations. Systematical approach is also important, as it aims on conceptual stabilization in modern world of conceptual uncertainty and polysemy.

That is why analysis as postmodernism methodology as well as classical philosophy is in the focus of our understanding. The main task is to understand what senses and values are opened in front of a researcher when he uses this or that methodological principle.

As gender theory in a transformation of postmodernism science occupies a specific place among strategical questions and postmodernists discussions, a great value is attached to the study of the feminists methods  and approaches while philosophical texts discussing.
