Preparation of future educators to work with early age children in emergency situations

Abstract

The article is devoted to methodical and practical aspects of the problem of professional training of higher education graduates in specialty 012 Preschool education as future educators of preschool education institutions to work with young children in emergency situations. Attention is focused on the importance of creating a safe environment for young children, the development of their social and emotional stability and pedagogical support. The article describes an indicative model for improving the training of future educators to work with young children in emergency conditions. Domestic educational programs, projects and initiatives focused on working in crisis situations with young children are also considered. It has been established that the scientific achievements and experience of training future educators in Ukraine to work with young children are significant for our topic, as they provide a base of knowledge and practical skills necessary for effective work in emergency situations. In the conditions of modern challenges, the preparation of future educators to work with young children in emergency situations is of particular importance. The educator's ability to act effectively in crisis situations is critically important for ensuring the physical and emotional safety of children. In this regard, the study programme should pay attention to the development of adaptation skills to emergency conditions, the creation of a safe environment, as well as the development of social and emotional stability in young children.
