Abstract

The article examines the significance of interactive teaching methods as a key tool
for fostering effective communication among students in higher education
institutions. The aim of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the
impact of interactive educational technologies on the development of students’
communicative competence, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of their
application in the contemporary educational environment. The methodological
foundation is based on a systematic analysis of scholarly literature, empirical
research, and pedagogical experience related to the implementation of interactive
methods in the learning process, which enables the identification of patterns, trends,
and factors that determine their effectiveness.
The scientific novelty of the work lies in the comprehensive systematization of
interactive methods and the in-depth theoretical and practical justification of their
influence on the development of communicative skills, including the ability to express
ideas in an argumented manner, engage in constructive group interaction, listen
effectively, and critically interpret information. The research also clarifies the role of
interactive technologies in enhancing learning motivation, developing social skills,
and shaping professionally relevant behavior among students.
The findings demonstrate the high effectiveness of interactive methods within the
framework of competence-based education, as they promote cognitive engagement,
deeper assimilation of learning material, and the development of critical thinking.
Prospects for further research include the creation of practical methodological
recommendations for adapting interactive technologies to various academic
disciplines and learning formats (face-to-face, distance, blended), as well as
investigating their influence on other types of competencies essential for students’
professional development.
