Educational and methodological provision of training of future chemistry teachers in modern conditions
Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of future chemistry teachers' training in the higher education system and identifies the main contradictions between their preparation in higher education institutions and their future pedagogical activities in general secondary schools. The key issues in the preparation of future chemistry teachers in pedagogical higher education institutions are highlighted. The main components of educational and methodical support for the professional training of future chemistry teachers in the context of Ukraine's education reforms are considered, including theoretical approaches, modern methodological tools, practical training, criteria for professional competence, and pedagogical conditions for effective preparation. The relevance of updating the content and methods of chemistry personnel training is substantiated in the context of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, the digitalization of education, the transition to a competence-based model, and the necessity of forming professional, methodological, communicative, and research competencies in higher education students.
