Integrating artificial intelligence into the professional development of education managers

Abstract

The publication examines the features of integrating generative artificial intelligence into the professional development of education managers. The impact of AI on the management activities of education managers and the main areas of its application are analyzed, namely for automating administrative functions and routine tasks, for improving the quality of decision-making and developing education policies, for supporting strategic planning, for communication support for students and community involvement, for pedagogical innovations and inclusion. The impact of generative artificial intelligence on the management activities of education managers is described, in particular, the potential of artificial intelligence for automating routine tasks, optimizing management processes, increasing the efficiency of decision-making and developing digital competencies of heads of education institutions. The need for ethical use of technologies is emphasized, in particular, ensuring transparency, accountability and data security. The key areas of implementing artificial intelligence in the management of an education institution include: increasing administrative efficiency, decision-making, personalized learning and inclusion. New competencies that are formed through the use of artificial intelligence are identified, including working with data analytics, using personalized professional growth platforms, and evaluating the performance of intelligent systems. It is concluded that the integration of generative artificial intelligence is a key factor in the development of modern education management, but requires responsible training and compliance with ethical and legal norms.
