The education of the senior preschool and junior school age childrenby means of art (from experience of Pavlysh school).

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the organization of aesthetic education of  the senior preschool and junior school age children. The authors refer to the historical and pedagogical experience of Pavlysh secondary school as a whole and to the views of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher Vasyl Sukhomlynsky on the formation of the creative component of pupils' personalities in particular. The authors conclude that the education of pupils through the meansof art plays an important role in shaping the artistic taste of a personality, developing of interests, abilities to all types, genres of art, and encourages it to creative work.
