Teaching the discipline "Internet technologies" to students specializing in "Informatics" at higher education institutions.

Abstract

The problem of the Internet technologies use in the educational process continues to be studied by scholars, but the issues of teaching the discipline "Internet technologies" at higher education institutions have not been properly dwelt upon. First, it is necessary to systematize the knowledge of teaching "Internet technologies" to students specializing in "Informatics". Having analyzed the curricula and academic programmes of the  discipline "Internet technologies" at higher education institutions, the author draws a conclusion on the necessity of teaching it to future Informatics teachers.
