Abstract

Dubrovinа L.A. Activity of the first psychological laboratory in Russia as a model of professional competence of psychologists. The article describes the essence of the competency approach to education, the validity of this approach today. Analyzed the activity of the first psychological laboratory in Russia, highlighted the features and benefits for psychologists in these laboratories. The possibility of using the experience of the organization and operation of psychological laboratories in the implementation of competence-based approach to the training of psychologists.
