Informatization of education and upbringing as a vector of modern society development.

Abstract

It is noted that use of information and communication technologies in the educational  process promotes wide usage of modern teaching methods and new forms of work, development of cognitive interest, intensification of learning. The means of education informatization are: transformation of the educational process due to society demands, modern technical facilities, computer programs for learning, implementation of information technologies into different academic subjects.  Use of modern information technologies in the process of upbringing, according to the authors' opinion, favours formation of moral values,  patriotic feelings and responsible attitude to the country in students.
