The conflictological character of the lawyer’s career.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the conflictological character of the lawyer’s career. The term "the lawyer’s professional activity" and its main features have been revealed. The connection between the notions of "proneness to conflict" and "conflictology" of legal activity has been determined. The practicability of using the latter has been justified.

The variety of the conflict interactions in the lawyer’s work considering the specialization of his/her professional activity has been studied. The conflictological features typical for the professional activity of lawyers of some specialties have been analyzed.
