Prospects of using the Internet-technologies in educational process in primary school.

Abstract

The article analyzes the meaning of such concepts as "Web Technology" and "Web Technologies 2.0". The features of Web 2.0 technologies usage are described. The article singles out the problem of using the Internet-technologies by teachers. It outlines the benefits of using Web 2.0 technologies in educational activity of teachers of primary education level (accessibility, mobility, openness, flexibility, limitations, convenience, ease of use, speed of distribution, receipt and processing of information, feedback, communication preferences, implementation of creativity, preservation and systematization of relevant information). The article reveals the possibility of using Web-technologies such as the use of open and free electronic resources, educational software, electronic books, language games, images, audio files, creation of  an independent network of content – text, images, photos, audio and video clips, participation in new forms of teaching and learning activities related to both the search for information online and to create and edit your own text, photos, audio recordings, video fragment and participate in professional scientific community. The work describes Internet service Learning Apps.org, which is educational because it is designed to support the teaching and learning processes using small interactive modules that can be used directly or as educational resources for independent work. The principles and stages of creating and adding new exercises in service Learning Apps.org are characterized. The ways to use this technology by primary school teachers are also analyzed and outlined.
