Personal-professional development of the teacher of the New Ukrainian school in the context of anthropologization of education.
Abstract
The article identifies the professionally important qualities and skills of a modern teacher who is able to work in conditions of implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School. The components and conditions for effective management of the process of personal and professional development of the teacher have been determined. Attention is focused on the fact that the anthropologically directed process of personal and professional development of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School contributes to the improvement of the humanistic worldview, which is composed of organic orientation for each child; recognition of anthropological values as priorities; the formation of a value attitude to childhood; recognition and organic acceptance of humanistic goals of upbringing; orientation of upbringing on interaction, dialogue, partnership between an adult and a child; the realization that one can successfully educate only in conditions of mutual respect.
