Analysis of scientific approaches of key competencies classification as the basis of the content disclosure of junior medical specialists’ professional competence.
Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of "competence" in domestic and foreign psychological and pedagogical literature. The current international normative documents in а field of education are considered, which are aimed at implementation of the competence approach. The analysis of key competences in the education of European countries (Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany) and key competences under the TUNING program have been analyzed. Relying on the research of domestic and foreign teachers, the key competences of the modern specialists are highlighted. Analyzing scientific sources, the author systematized the content of the concept of "competence" and "competency" offered by domestic and foreign scientific experts
